- providing assistance to a number of companies such as Agriglobe Inc., Rhone Poulenc SA Group/Aventis CropScience, BASF Group, Uniroyal Chemical Company Inc. on the issues of legal regulation of recovery of debts of Kazakhstan producers of grain and other agricultural products for the supplied products of chemical industry, including the issues of payment of bills of exchange, implementation of different methods of the securing of obligations, including the pledge of grain, issuing by elevators the form No.13 and grain receipts (1996 – 2000);
- advising on pre-project financing by a French bank of transboundary supplies of grain with drafting of securing pledge agreements;
- providing assistance to Tukum LLP on the issues on conversion of rights to land plots of individuals to the interests in the charter capital of a grain company (2003);
- advising Glencore International AG on the issues of a legal regulation of grain receipts and securing of implementation of obligations by the grain crop (2002);
- advising a large Swiss agricultural company on the issues of grain supplies from Kazakhstan, including the issues of securing the implementation of obligations of the Kazakhstan contracting parties and issues of regulation of relations with elevators (1999 – 2002); | |
