-                 representation of JV Tengizchevroil LLP before the RK Supreme Court on an environmental damage compensation case and general consultations on environmental issues;

-                 advice to international consortium OKIOC, implementing the oil exploration project in the Caspian region, regarding the scope of liability provided for by the Kazakhstan legislation for oil spills;

-                 advice to PetroKazakhstan Inc. on environmental legislation issues;

-                 general consultations on environmental issues to a number of other companies in connection with their projects in Kazakhstan, as well as regular analysis of environmental aspects when carrying out due diligence of various companies.
