International Arbitration: What Has Changed in the New ICC Rules

On 23 September 2026, Almaty hosted the Launch of the 2026 ICC Arbitration Rules, an event dedicated to the new Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which entered into force on 1 June 2026. Yekaterina Khamidullina, AEQUITAS Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, AIFC Law and TMT Practices, attended the event.
