Eurasian Antitrust Forum
On 16–17 February 2017, Natalya Braynina, AEQUITAS Partner and Head of Antitrust Practice, and Yelena Manayenko, Senior Associate, partook in the Eurasian Antitrust Forum “Detection and suppression of the facts of abuse of dominant position.” The key forum organizers are Center for Development and Protection of Competition Policy JSC, Non-Commercial Partnership Supporting Competition in the CIS Countries and Association of Competition and Commodity Markets Development.
AEQUITAS lawyers taught a master class “Anti-Competitive Agreements: Forewarned is Forearmed” with a view to determining antitrust risks, presented an overview of provisions of civil contracts violating the antitrust legislation requirements and provided practical recommendations on how to avoid certain risks.
